Specialty balloons, premium materials, and themed decorations
Location & Setup
Travel distance, venue requirements, and setup complexity
Additional Fees & Discounts

For requests with less than 7 days notice. Approval required.
For third event on fully booked days. Approval required.
For changes made within 2 weeks of your event date.
Discounts Available
Save 10% when you pay your invoice in full upfront instead of making a deposit.
Book 7+ days in advance to avoid rush fees and secure your preferred date.
Payment Terms
Lock In Your Date
Make partial payments toward your 50% initial deposit to lock in your date.
Deposit Due in 7 Days
Your deposit must be received within 7 days of invoice, or your booking may be canceled.
Balance Due 2 Days Before
Remaining balance is due 2 days before your event. Multiple payments are accepted.
Add-Ons Welcome
You can add extras after booking, up to 2 weeks before your event (modification fee may apply).
