By accessing and using Desiree's Divine Designs website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Desiree's Divine Designs for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the website
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

8. Governing Law

These and all related documents, policies, and notices connected with Desiree's Divine Designs and its products and services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kentucky, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

9. Booking & Payment Terms

• 50% deposit required to secure your event date
• Final payment due 7 days before your event
• Payments processed through Square
• Cancellations made more than 30 days before event date receive a full refund of deposit
• Cancellations made within 30 days of event date forfeit the deposit
• Changes to order dates are subject to availability

10. Service Delivery

• Desiree's Divine Designs reserves the right to refuse service to any client at our discretion
• Event dates are confirmed upon receipt of deposit
• Custom designs require approval before setup begins
• Pricing quotes are valid for 14 days from date of request

11. Intellectual Property

All designs, concepts, and creative work produced by Desiree's Divine Designs remain the intellectual property of Desiree's Divine Designs unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients may not reproduce or redistribute designs without express written permission.
